Dr Manju Mathew

Registered Psychologist

With more than 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Manju Mathew has spent her career helping people through some of life’s most difficult experiences. She works with adults facing trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, stress, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

Her experience includes extensive work with military members, Veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, and people recovering from workplace and motor vehicle injuries. This has shaped a grounded approach to therapy that recognizes there is no one-size-fits-all path forward.

Manju believes clients are the experts on their own lives. Rather than telling people what they should do, she works alongside them to understand what they’ve been through, recognize their strengths, and develop tools that make a meaningful difference in everyday life.

As a Certified EMDR Therapist, she draws from EMDR, CPT, CBT, ACT, DBT, Prolonged Exposure, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches, tailoring therapy to each person’s experiences, culture, values, and goals.

Her focus is simple: helping people feel heard, understand themselves more clearly, and move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
